Consent to receive Post-operative lymphatic massage therapy at Lymphtique Sculpt Studio.

I understand that lymphatic massage is designed to support the healing process by stimulating the lymphatic system to reduce swelling and promote detoxification following surgery.

I have informed the staff of my surgery date, type of procedure, and any medical complications or concerns.

I acknowledge that while lymphatic massage is generally safe, there may be mild discomfort, bruising, or soreness post-treatment.

I understand that the therapist will work within my comfort levels and that multiple sessions may be required for optimal results.
